Cecelia Wooden: Your voice in Frankfort
Arts Kentucky member dues make possible the services of Cecelia Wooden as our year-round Legislative Agent. Cecelia has many years' experience working with legislators on arts and culture issues, and during sessions of the Kentucky General Assembly, she is in Frankfort almost every day, monitoring our issues and speaking to legislators about our concerns.
Between sessions, Cecelia is an invaluable resource for advocacy education and trainings, as well as an advisor to our Arts Advocacy Roundtable, a group of statewide grassroots advocates who work year-round to promote favorable legislation and other public policy around the Commonwealth.
